The General Pest Management course equips you with the skills to identify and report on a wide range of general pests within any property. Learn to recognise common invaders, understand their behaviour, and develop a keen eye for signs of infestation.   • Course Cost: $1,495
  • Qualification: Statement of Attainment - units CPPUPM3005,  CPPUPM3006 and  CPPUPM3018
  • Pre-requisite: Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Learning Hours: Approximately 100 hours
  • Course Delivery: Students must complete the required learning modules (see Course Structure) delivered via our web-based based learning management system.
  • Practical Component: Students must complete 20 general pest treatment under the supervision of a licensed general pest technician. Students are required to organise their own work placement supervisor. Depending on the students location, AIT may assist with referring students to a paid work placement supervisor (cost $1,200 + GST payable to the supervisor).
  • Course Expiry: 6 months from enrolment
