The Pre-Purchase Residential Building Inspection Course is specifically for QBCC licensed builders with a minimum of 5 years experience working in that capacity. The course covers the skills required to conduct a thorough pre-purchase inspection and formulate the findings into a professional report. On successful completion, students can apply for a QBCC Completed Residential Building Inspectors License.

The General Pest Management Course includes accredited units CPPUPM3005, CPPUPM3006 and CPPUPM3018, and equips you with the skills to identify and report on a wide range of general pests within any property. On completion, students can apply for a general pest management technicians license with Queensland Health. The general pest license is required for students to qualify to for a timber pest license (which is what a pre-purchase timber pest inspector requires). 

The Timber Pest Management Course includes accredited units CPPUPM3008 and CPPUPM3010 and will equips students with the knowledge and practical skills to both treat and inspect on timber pests. On completion, students can apply for a timber pest management technicians license with Queensland Health. This license is required to undertake pre-purchase timber pest inspections in Queensland. Additionally, it will enable students to obtain professional indemnity insurance as policies nominate completion of both of these units (treating and inspecting on timber pests).
